Gal & Kristen worked out for months to prepare for their roles and Gal's trainer recently shared her workout with the Hollywood Reporter and WOW is all I have to say. SO much goes into these action movies and the shoot took 6 months!

Wonder Woman Inspired Total Body Workout
Repeat this circuit 3-5 times
10-30 seconds rest between exercises
1 minute rest between rounds
30 second sprints / 30 seconds rest or 30 jumping jacks
15 reps goblet squat
30 walking lunges (15/side)
30 curtsy lunges (15/side
1 minute lateral squat walk (band optional)
30 second skaters
30 second hollow ab hold
15 pushups (modify if needed)
15 tricep dips
30 bicycle crunches
