As much as I love working legs & booty, it's important to work all of your major muscle groups! Total body workouts are my fave when I'm short on time because I can hit a little bit of everything.
I typically do 2 lower body workouts, 1 upper body and 1 total body strength workout each week, plus 1-2 cardio days. It may seem like a lot, but I truly love lifting weights! Find a split that works for you and don't be afraid to switch up your routine!
This total body workout requires no equipment, you can add dumbbells or resistance bands if desired!
