Strong for Summer Challenge!

Can you believe it's gonna be MAY?! That means summer is right around the corner!

I don't know about you but after this last year, I'm really looking forward to making this a summer to remember! I haven't always felt the most confident in a swimsuit, but I've really been working hard on loving the body I have right now and taking care of it in the best way possible. One of the t things that has really helped me embrace my body is strength training and working out regularly.

I'm on a journey to get STRONG for summer and would love to have you join me! I created this month-long fitness challenge to help you get strong for summer! There are no detoxes, cleanses or crazy fad diets, just daily challenges & workouts to help you get strong & toned for summer.
