Red, White & Booty Workout

Happy 4th of July weekend! Whether you're staying home or off on an adventure, I hope you're enjoying it. It's been too long since I've shared a fun themed workout, so you know I had to go all out with this one!

A dumbbell or kettlebell is helpful for this workout but not required! You'll complete 4 rounds of 7 exercises for time or reps, if doing for time, the GymBoss timer app is super helpful.
