Mini Bands are one of the most versatile pieces of home workout equipment! I love using them at home, at the gym and on the go. I take one on all my trips (even backpacking through Europe) and gift a band or 2 to my coaching clients.
I mostly use these bands for lower body & mobility workout they are great for upper body too! Here are 2 of my favorite mini band workouts, one for upper body and one for lower body. You can do both for a full body workout or split them up on different days. I like to do 3-5 rounds of 10-20 reps per exercise but adjust to fit your needs. The heavier the band, the harder the exercise!
