Happy Friday! Anyone else really glad this week is over? It has been a roller coaster for sure, but I'm holding out hope we get some answers soon. That being said, the only thing holding it together for me has been working out! So I'm sharing a BUNCH of workouts I've been doing on social, this one is an oldie but goodie I made last year for July 4th.
This at-home bodyweight HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout is great when you're short on time! The best part, you don't need any special equipment to get this done.
Save this for travel, to do at the park or to squeeze in at home while the kids' nap!
