Happy Taco Tuesday, aka my favorite day of the week! I thought about all the different options to build a taco, and how everyone can build one to their liking. Shouldn't workouts be the same??
So I present a Build Your Own Tabata Workout inspired by my favorite tacos & my favorite style of HIIT (high intensity interval training) known as Tabata Training. Tabata consists of doing as many reps of an exercise as possible for a set period of time, typically :20 seconds, with half as much time for rest, :10 seconds. It's intense, but the intervals are short and workouts typically last about 20 minutes! Perfect for days when you don't have a lot of time but still want to get in a great workout.
How cute is this hat? Gym then tacos is how I roll and I love this little taco monster my hubby got me. I take my tacos (and branding) seriously.
Download an app like GymBoss for the timers! You can set how long you'd like each interval & rest period to be plus how many rounds you'd like to do. And PS you can pick as many toppings as you'd like :)
