Happy Friday! Did you know it's the 2nd to last Friday of 2020?!? This year in some ways has flown by and also some months felt like years if ya know what I mean. Even though 2020 brought a lot of challenges & changes, it has brought some amazing blessings too. I challenge you to take a few minutes before the end of the year and reflect on the good things that happened to you this year.
One of the best things that happened this year for me was joining the Gem Fit family as an instructor & accountability coach. I've truly loved teaching class to so many women and connecting with them inside the community. If you haven't tried a class yet, do it!
Even if you think virtual fitness isn't for you or think that you just don't like it, I promise this is different! I love experimenting with different themes for my classes and this morning I taught a 12 Days of Christmas HIIT workout. I've had and "a partridge in a pear tree" stuck in my head all day haha.
If you missed class this morning, not to worry! I've made you a similar one, you can add dumbbells to exercises 3 and 12 or just your body weight. Complete as many rounds as you'd like, 3-5 is a good amount in my opinion. I made it extra spicy for class this morning with very short rest periods but go at your own pace! These moves are all very beginner friendly and you can modify as needed.
