**SCROLL CALENDAR TO OCTOBER 20th** You put the BOO in Booty is a special spooky edition of my signature Booty Bootcamp. Costumes are encouraged, weights and bands are optional for this class! Booty Bootcamp is a 30-minute workout that targets the muscles of the glute and legs, some of the largest and strongest muscles in your body! You'll squat, lunge and bridge your way to a rounder more defined booty & strong toned legs. It's also great cross-training for runners & triathletes! This class is mostly strength-focused, with brief (30-60 second) cardio intervals and/or a 5-minute cardio finisher. Low impact modifications are given and this class is appropriate for all levels. Please note: Cooldown & stretching are not included with this class due to the shorter time. Please plan extra time after to do this on your own as it's very important for recovery!
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Personal Training Sessions are subject to trainer approval and you will be contacted prior to the session to confirm. Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to session start. Classes booked within this 12-hour window are not eligible for cancelation.
