TRX training will strengthen your muscles and help you improve balance & stability. Suspension training uses gravity and your body weight to create resistance. Low impact and good for all levels. We will go through a brief dynamic warmup, a few strength circuits, and a brief stretch. You MUST have a suspension trainer or TRX system to participate in this class, no exceptions. Zoom room opens 10 mins prior, late admittance is not guaranteed.
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Personal Training Sessions are subject to trainer approval and you will be contacted prior to the session to confirm. Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to session start. Classes booked within this 12-hour window are not eligible for cancelation.
