Service Description

Are you interested in what fitness coaching can do for you? Do you want to learn how to lift weights, stay consistent in the gym, run a marathon, or do a triathlon? Let's chat about your goals, your lifestyle, and your past history with fitness. I'll ask you a couple of questions to get to know you better and discuss how I may be able to assist you in reaching your goals. This is a no pressure call, if we're a good fit and you're interested in working together I'll give you some options to work with me. If you need more options or we're not a good fit, I'll refer you to someone in my network. Zoom is required, video is optional, serious inquiries only. I'm currently accepting waitlist clients for 1:1 personal training and virtual fitness coaching for a February start date and beyond. My group classes are open to anyone and do not require a consult.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Classes can be canceled and rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to class start. Classes booked within this 2-hour window are not eligible for cancelation.
