Offered select Wednesdays at 3:30 pm PST / 5:30 pm EST - see calendar for dates. Cardio kickboxing channels the spirit and intensity of the sport and turns it into a fun and challenging cardio workout! You'll learn jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts plus knee drives and kicks. No equipment is needed (although a mat is helpful for core exercises). Low impact modifications are given and no previous boxing experience required.
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Classes can be canceled and rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to class start. Classes booked within this 2-hour window are not eligible for cancelation.
