Transformation Tuesday: 3 Tips for Inner Transformation

Did you know that no 2 snowflakes are the same?! Each one has it's own unique pattern and size, how amazing is that?! Snowflakes are kind of like humans, we each have our own unique features and no 2 are exactly the same (even identical twins have subtle differences).

Unfortunately as women we can get caught up in body comparisons and wanting to look just like a famous supermodel or achieve the body goals of a popular fitness influencer. The thing is, even if we all did the exact same things, we'd still look different.

We can eat the same things 🥑🌮

Do the same workouts 🏋🏻‍♀️🍑

Or even follow the same crap 1400 calorie diet 🚫🧇 as Suzy Squats a Lot on IG (please just don’t) and...

We. Would. Still. Look. Different

So what if that “transformation Tuesday” pic gets all the likes, the real magic happens when you do the inner work. Facts: I’ve been 🦆-ing miserable at a size 8 and ridiculously happy at a size 16.

Your weight/size/body does not define your happiness. Your mindset, attitude & mentality does.

3️⃣ tips for Inner Transformations

1. Ground yourself daily: with a walk in nature 🌲, with meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️or with manifestation journaling📓

2. Gratitude: Write down 3 things you’re thankful for every single day ✍️in a journal, the notes section of your phone or in a voice memo.

3. Body Neutrality: Remove harsh judgements about your body and rephrase your self talk into neutral terms 😐You don't have to love or even like your body everyday, but I challenge you to stop the negative self talk right now and work on neutrality and acceptance. IE: instead of my thighs look gross today, say I have thighs.

In my opinion, a physical transformation is nothing without an inner mindset transformation. You can change your body, but unless you work on the ish in your head too, you'll never truly be happy.

Save this as your Tuesday reminder that you are one of a kind ❄️ just like no 2 snowflakes are the same, no 2 bodies are the same.

Today is a great day to start loving yourself just as you are.

xoxo,

Briana
