Total Body Strength Workout

Grab a set of dumbbells and a mat and join Briana for a 30 minute total body workout. This workout is apartment friendly and low impact with variations given throughout.

You can also sweat with us LIVE up to 5 times a week in one of our group classes! We offer TRX (suspension trainer), kickboxing & booty bootcamp! Class times vary week to week but check our instagram every Sunday for the latest class schedule.
