Lucky 777 Workout

Sláinte! Whether you're celebrating St. Patrick's Day today or not this 7x7 workout is a fun workout to get you up and moving! Do it at home, on the go or at the gym!





Complete 7 rounds of 7 reps of each of these 7 exercises aka a Lucky 777. Check below for notes & modifications.



Leprechaun Lunges (7/leg!) Take your pick of reverse lunges, side lunges, forward lunges or curtsy lunges or switch it up each round!

Shamrock Squat Jumps for low impact do squat with calf raise

Kissing Kickbacks (7/leg) standing or table top glute kickbacks band optional!

Blarney Stone Burpees modify as needed!

Guinness Get Ups (7/side) Turkish getups with an Irish twist, don't spill that Guinness :)

Whiskey Walk Out Plank walkout into a plank, hold for a count of 7, repeat 7 times OR do 1 :70 second plank

St. Patrick Pushups modify as needed!
