One of the things I get asked for the most is a low impact HIIT workout and today I'm sharing one of my favorites with you!
What the heck is HIIT?
HIIT is most often associated with things like jump squats, burpees, jump rope, box jumps but I promise you that you can have a workout that is low impact and high intensity.
These 6 moves will get your heart rate going and are easy on your joints! The best part? You don't need any equipment OR a lot of space to get it done.
