Do it today, schedule an appointment with yourself for later in the week or this weekend, put it on your calendar, and consider it the most important appointment you have all week. When you have someone holding you accountable you're more likely to get it done. Start scheduling your workouts on your calendar (leave extra time to freshen up before your next meeting). Be very specific when you schedule these, not just I'll workout Wednesday and Friday. Go open Google Calendar (or whatever you use) and schedule an appointment, for example: "Tuesday at 6:30 am do Booty Bootcamp with Briana at Gem Fitness". Set a reminder for 1 hour before and another 15 minutes before so you won't be caught off guard.


My clients are successful because they have set appointments each week for a 1:1 personal training session with me, or they schedule and log in to one of the 18 LIVE classes a week offered at Gem Fitness. They also know that if something comes up or a meeting runs late they can hit replay on a workout from the Gem Fit Workout Library.
