Exercise Your Right to VOTE

The time to exercise your right to vote is right now. Super Tuesday is tomorrow November 3rd 2020. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't super anxious about the whole thing.

Working out always helps me relieve stress, so I created a fun VOTING themed workout to help you too! Scroll to the bottom for the full workout & a downloadable PDF.

I dropped off my mail in ballot a few weeks ago so it's a relief to know I don't have to hit the polls tomorrow. California offers a tracking system and my vote has been submitted & processed.

A large number of states offer same day voter registration, you can check the guidelines for your state here: https://www.vote.org/voter-registration-deadlines/

Know your rights, be prepared, have a plan and review this before heading out: https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/voting-rights/

Public transportation may be shut down or impacted, have a backup plan with a friend, neigbor or family member. Uber and Lyft are offering free or discounted rides to the polls: https://www.lyft.com/blog/posts/helping-more-people-get-to-the-polls-on-election-day

Lastly, we may not have a result for days or even weeks (despite what the clown in charge is saying) so be patient.

Schedule some extra self care this week (meditation & exercise are great!), have an emergency plan, and remember this, you can't control what happens, but you are in control of your mood.

Working out always raises my vibration, relieves stress and reduces my anxiety. Check in when you're done with this workout and let me know how it went!
