Over the last few years Halloween has quickly become one of my favorite holidays! We always get a TON of trick or treaters and I love dressing up and handing out candy. I've been known to dress the pups up as well! Last year we did a family costume, Hubs and I were Serena and Dan from Gossip Girl and the pups were Chuck and Blair. Adorable right?
Sofia and Oscar have also dressed up as Wonder Woman and Batman and Oscar was a hot dog for a few years. LOL
Halloween looks a bit different this year, as we won't be handing out candy :( I plan to make some spooky snacks, put on my Halloween Playlist and maybe watch a scary movie or two.
Last night I taught a spooky edition of Booty Bootcamp dressed as Wednesday Addams and it was a major hit. One of the members wore a Storm Trooper mask for the entire workout and it was hilarious!! Perform 3-5 rounds, resting 30-60 seconds between rounds. Minimal rest between exercises. Eat a piece of candy between rounds as a bonus!
