It's been a WHILE since I've posted a booty workout so without further ado....
You'll want a booty band or mini loop band for this one (rumor has it I'll be posting some of my favorites for sale soon) so if you need one be on the lookout!
Complete 3-5 rounds. Do each move for :20 seconds with :10 seconds rest between exercises. Take :30 -:60 seconds rest between rounds. I love the GymBoss app for workout timers. Be sure to warm up before and cool down after!
