Hi! I'm Briana, a body-positive CPT and 2x Ironman Finisher. I created Body Confident Fitness to help women of all sizes feel empowered, stop dieting and start living confidently.
I offer no BS, health-focused fitness and nutrition coaching to help you feel good from the inside out. Self-love, confidence and fat loss starts with a mindset shift. I help you dig deep, build healthy habits and grow into your most confident self.
