THE COACH

HI! I'm Briana & my passion for health & wellness runs deep! I spent years yo-yo dieting and hating my body because it never looked like all the other fitness pro's I saw in magazines & Instagram. 

 

After being introduced to intuitive eating and health at every size, I came to terms with the fact that I didn't have to shrink my body to be healthy. 

 

I now focus on improving your relationship with food and exercise without diet culture! I work with clients that have yo-yo dieted for years, are in recovery from eating disorders or are simply fed up with diet culture & the BS it feeds us. 

Working with me means exercise gets to be fun, you get to eat foods that you enjoy and confidently embracing your body in all of it's stages. I'll help you identify your fitness goals & together we will build an exercise program that fits your lifestyle. I'll teach you the fundamentals of strength training, how to let go of diet rules, improve your mindset and build confidence. There are no weigh-ins, progress photos or measurements required and absolutely no dieting or diet talk! If weight loss is your ultimate goal, you'll learn sustainable habits & have the support you need to keep it off. 

I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, am a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Triathlon Coach. 

 

I've been coaching clients from ages 15 to 84 since 2016. It's never too early or too late to start healthy habits!

I began coaching triathlons in 2016 and personal training in 2017. Since then, I've helped hundreds of women just like you build strength and confidence in their bodies. 

MY FIRST YEAR COACHING

Tacos are hands down my favorite food! I eat them every Tuesday, and sometimes on the weekends. I've never had a taco I didn't like!
