I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I'll help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every step. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results as soon as the first week!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, am a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Triathlon Coach. 

 

I've been coaching clients from ages 15 to 84 since 2016. It's never too early or too late to start healthy habits!

FITNESS FACTS

I began coaching triathlons in 2016 and personal training in 2017. Since then, I've helped hundreds of women just like you build strength and confidence in their bodies.

I did Briana's 6-week Home Training Guide and loved that the workouts were shorter, so I could fit them in with my longer triathlon training and run workouts. The workouts progressed each week, making them harder, even as I got stronger! I appreciated that there was only a set of dumbbells required, it made them easy to do at home in quarantine! 10/10 Recommend the training guide for anyone that likes to workout at home like I do.
