My name is Briana, and my mission is to help people like YOU, feel confident in your body.
Before I became a women’s fat loss expert, I had to go through my own health & fitness journey. I was overweight growing up and didn’t get into sports until high school. College then life happened and turning 30 hit me hard.
I worked long overnight shifts, up to 80 hours a week at times and would feel winded just going up a flight of stairs. I NEVER thought it would be possible for me to feel happy, confident or successful, let alone become a fitness coach. In July of 2012, a coworker challenged me to run a 10k with her. I had run a few 5ks before but I had no idea what I’d gotten myself into. I read up on all things running, downloaded a free training plan and invested in a pair of running shoes. I ended up falling in love with running and over time also got into triathlons. There weren’t many curvy women running events or doing triathlons at the time, and I knew I wanted to be a leader and an example for other curvy girls that anything is possible regardless of size!
However, I yo-yo trained AND dieted for several years before fitness became a constant in my life. I would go to the gym every day for a few months leading up to a race and then do nothing for months until the next race.
After going back to school and finishing my degree, I knew it was time to stop making excuses and start being the leader I always dreamed of being. I invested in a life coach, and finally learned how to make those healthy habits stick!
Fitness saved me from a sedentary lifestyle and many health problems down the road. I know what it feels like to be insecure, to lack confidence and to be overwhelmed with knowledge but have no idea how to implement it.
That's why I created my programs to help women like you say hello to lasting results and ditch yoyo diets, supplements, & quick fix gimmicks forever.
